Q: Can I get a list of upcoming shows in my area?A: Due to the competitive nature of our business, we are not able to divulge this information on our web site more than two weeks in advance. However, if you take a few moments to register on our web site and join the Homier Network, we would be happy to send you an e-mail a week before a mobile show is scheduled in your area.
Q: Can you send me a catalog?
A: Our Product line is constantly evolving and expanding to better meet customer needs and standards. Because of this we do not currently have a printed catalog.
Q: How can I determine shipping cost?
A: Place the item(s) in question in your shopping cart. The shopping cart will automatically calculate ground shipping charges. You can also view our Shipping policy.
Q: Can I get replacement parts?
A: Replacement parts are available from our Customer Care Parts and ServiceTeam. If you would like to receive information about the parts we offer or make a parts purchase, please send an email to feedback@homier.com requesting a Homier Parts and Service Request form. We have Specialized Technicians that can assist you in determining your parts needs.

Q: When Will My Order Arrive?
A: Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days (Monday - Friday) from the time the order is placed. Items shipping with UPS Ground will generally arrive within 3 - 7 days from the time the order left the Homier warehouse. Please allow some extra time for packages shipping LTL
Q: How do I sign up for the Homier News letters or for Special Promotions?
A: Homier periodically sends an email to our preferred customers who have an online account with us. These emails may have exclusive information about upcoming discounts or promotions. Our goal is to reward you for customer loyalty. To sign up and start saving you will need to go to the homier homepage and near the bottom of the page enter you're email address.
Q: How do I track my order?

Q: Will I receive email Confirmation of my order?
A: Yes, After you have successfully placed an order on Homier.com we will send you an email that will confirm the order was placed as long as you have the option to receive email receipts selected in your my Account. If you don't receive our email, please be sure to check your junk mail as sometimes these messages can be caught by such filters. A: Yes, Once you have successfully completed checkout from Homier.com and you're order has shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email from us with you're tracking number.
